How to maintain color treated hair?

I've been coloring my hair for 10 years now. I usually just get a base color at the crown and blonde highlights. I maintain it my using products designed for damaged or color treated hair. Its been working out great. My hair is healthy for the most part. My ends tend to dry out more and because of that I have a layered cut. I really like Pantene Pro-V products. I also use a hair polisher with silicone in it to protect my hair from heat. If there is a better method or product, I would love to know more about it.

Extreme Damage

Why do some women try outrageous things on their hair when it is already damaged beyond repair. Is there a stylist out there adding color to clients hair without a consultation. I would think they knew bleach blonde wasn't a good color choice if the client's hair was "see through" and had about 3 inches of splitends that needed to be cut. Can we say stop it now!!

Salon Wait Times

Is it possible to go into a salon be greeted by my stylist, get in the chair within 10 minutes and not spend 8 hrs like I have a position in the shop? Just a thought

Finding a good hair stylist

I was exhausted looking for a stylist that specializes in hair color. Hair Books cost over $10 and doing a online search brought up a few site but none were in the Local Metro Detroit Area and they were only listings. No pictures, no information about the stylist or salon. So I thought why not create my on webiste to give me exactly what I am looking for as a consumer thus TheCosmoConnection.com was born. Check it out!!!
